Wanbang Group announced that its controlling shareholder, Wanbang Group, recently pledged 10.23 million shares to Bilif (Shenzhen) Commercial Factoring Co., Ltd., accounting for 5.80% of its holdings and 1.67% of the total share capital, for financing guarantees; the pledge will be released on December 25, 2025. As of the announcement date, Wanbang Group and its concerted action parties collectively hold 248,747,078 shares, accounting for 40.67% of the total share capital, with a total of 198,199,616 shares pledged, representing 79.68% of their holdings and 32.40% of the total share capital. The pledge of the controlling shareholder and the actual controller has no substantial impact on the company.
