(referred to as "China Railway Fourth Bureau"), formed a consortium recently and signed a "Construction Engineering Construction Contract" with the tenderer Ningbo Urban Underground Space Investment Co., Ltd. The project name is Comprehensive Pipeline Project (Construction) II Section of Huancheng South Road (Lianfeng Middle Road - Century Avenue), with a contract price (including tax) of 451 million yuan and a winning bid floating rate of -9.63%.
