ST Meichen: Completed the sale of 100% equity of Hainan Meichen Ecological Development Co., Ltd.

ST Meichen announcement, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Saishi Landscaping Group Co., Ltd. intends to sell 100% equity of its subsidiary Hainan Meichen Ecological Development Co., Ltd. to Weifang Chuangwei Investment Management Co., Ltd. through a non-public agreement transfer. As of the date of this announcement, the transferee Weifang Chuangwei Company has paid the equity transfer payment to the transferor Saishi Landscaping, the target company Hainan Meichen has completed the registration of the transfer, the company no longer holds the equity of the target company, and it will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
