The Ministry of Finance and three other departments have issued further guidance on enhancing the role of the government financing guarantee system and supporting employment and entrepreneurship. The guidance proposes implementing a strategy of prioritizing employment, strengthening coordination between fiscal, financial, and employment policies, increasing efforts to create more job opportunities, supporting key groups in starting businesses, enhancing the job creation power of financial resources, and fully promoting development to benefit the people.
