Oppein Home announced that in order to meet the development needs of its holding subsidiary Oppein Integrated Operation, the company provided a joint guarantee responsibility of 700 million yuan for the credit agreement signed with China Merchants Bank Guangzhou Branch, without providing counter-guarantee. As of December 26, 2025, the company's actual guarantee balance for Oppein Integrated was 1.899 billion yuan, and the actual external guarantee balance for the company and its holding subsidiaries was 2.467 billion yuan, accounting for 12.95% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. This guarantee is within the expected amount approved at the first interim shareholders' meeting in 2025.
