The planned investment for this project is 1.804 billion yuan, with a proposed investment of 678 million yuan after adjustments. As of December 25th, a total of 679 million yuan has been invested, leaving a balance of 231,700 yuan. Due to changes in the macro environment and market conditions, the company plans to terminate the construction of the remaining second phase and second phase production lines. The company held a board meeting on December 26th and agreed to permanently supplement the remaining funds with working capital. This proposal still needs to be submitted for review at the first interim shareholders' meeting in 2026, with the sponsoring institution raising no objections.
