Huicheng Co., Ltd. announced that the controlling shareholder Yangzhou Xinrui Lian intends to sign an agreement with Yang Hui, Ji Nian, and Hefei Bairui Fa to increase capital and become a limited partner. The capital contribution of other partners remains unchanged. Before the capital increase, Yang Hui and Ji Nian's capital contribution ratio was 70% and 30% respectively; after the capital increase, their capital contribution ratio changed to 14% and 6%, and Hefei Bairui Fa contributed 2 million yuan, accounting for 80%. Before and after the change, Yangzhou Xinrui Lian still holds 174,103,622 shares of the company, with a shareholding ratio of approximately 20.29%. The actual controller is still Zheng Ruijun and Yang Hui's couple, and this change does not affect the company's operation and governance.
