Hengli Petrochemical announced that it recently received a notification from Hengneng Investment, a concerted action person of the controlling shareholder Hengli Group, that it has released 68 million shares pledged on December 25, 2025, accounting for 4.54% of its holdings and 0.97% of the company's total share capital. After the release of the pledge, Hengneng Investment still has 498 million shares pledged, accounting for 33.25% of its holdings and 7.08% of the company's total share capital. Currently, Hengli Group and its concerted action persons collectively hold 5.311 billion shares, accounting for 75.45% of the total shares, with a total of 1.606 billion shares pledged, accounting for 30.24% of their holdings and 22.82% of the company's total share capital.
