The capital contribution is 1 billion RMB, and the business scope includes private equity fund equity investment, investment management, asset management activities. The capital was jointly contributed by China International Investment Corporation Limited, Shaanxi Provincial Government Investment Guidance Fund Partnership Enterprise, Xi'an Industrial Growth Fund Partnership Enterprise, Shaanxi Nonferrous Metal Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Shaanxi Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.
