LanJianSpace announces patents related to pre-cooling control of rocket propellant injection system.

The QiChaCha app shows that recently, the patent for "a pre-cooling control method and device for a rocket propellant injection system" of Blue Arrow Aerospace Space Technology Co., Ltd. was published. The patent abstract on QiChaCha shows that the method includes: setting a reflux pipeline between the injection pump outlet pipeline and the storage tank, starting the injection pump to run at the first frequency, opening the first regulating valve of the reflux pipeline; when the gas content of the propellant in the reflux pipeline is lower than the first set value, closing the regulating valve of the reflux pipe, opening the second regulating valve between the overcooler and the storage tank, adjusting the injection pump to run at the second frequency, where the second frequency is greater than the first frequency; real-time collection of the first pressure value in the overcooler inlet pipeline and the second pressure value in the overcooler outlet pipeline, when the difference between the second pressure value and the first pressure value is greater than the second set value, closing the injection pump, opening the first regulating valve of the reflux pipeline, and closing the second regulating valve. This control method can improve the reliability of the pre-cooling process for rocket propellant injection.
