Ministry of Ecology and Environment: Breakthrough progress made in rural domestic sewage treatment.

On December 26, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment held its routine press conference for the month. Zhao Shixin, Director of the Soil Ecology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, reported that there has been a breakthrough in rural domestic sewage treatment since the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan period. The national treatment rate has exceeded 51%, more than double that of the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
