The Deep-Tech Semiconductor Micro-Nano Processing Center is completed to build a support platform for the compound semiconductor optoelectronic industry in the Greater Bay Area.

On December 25th, the Semiconductor Nanofabrication Center and Testing Platform of Shenzhen Technology University was officially completed. As the first public service platform in Shenzhen focusing on compound semiconductor optoelectronics, the platform fills the gap in Shenzhen's semiconductor chip field of "optical carrier information" and "intelligent sensing". It will provide key support for the high-quality development of the semiconductor industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area and strengthen the foundation for the application-oriented research talent training at Shenzhen Technology University.
