On December 26, the National Entrepreneurship Investment Guidance Fund was officially launched. The National Development and Reform Commission held a special press conference. Guo Fangming, Director of the Economic Construction Department of the Ministry of Finance, stated that the Ministry of Finance will actively fulfill the responsibilities of the national investor, carry out performance evaluation work, scientifically demonstrate the performance assessment index system of the guidance fund, comprehensively evaluate the achievement effects of key policy objectives, and not simply use the profit and loss of individual projects over three years as the basis for assessment. At the same time, continuously improve supervision methods, guide funds to construct a risk prevention and control system covering the entire life cycle of investment, management, and withdrawal, and effectively improve the efficiency of fund utilization.
