Chen Zhi, State Administration of Foreign Exchange: Will support enterprises along the Western Land-Sea New Corridor to carry out green external debt issuance and pilot qualified overseas limited partners.

Chen Zhi, director of the Foreign Exchange Research Center of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, stated at a news conference on December 25 regarding financial support to accelerate the construction of the new Western Land and Sea Passage that, in the future, we will also support enterprises along the passage to carry out green foreign debt and qualified overseas limited partner pilot projects, providing higher quality foreign exchange services for the construction of the passage infrastructure, industrial transformation and upgrading, as well as the expansion of enterprises overseas.
