Guosheng Technology announced that Anhui Guosheng New Energy and Shendan Xin Trust and Jiangxi Xinhui respectively signed the "Entrusted Guarantee Agreement" and applied for a total of 36.2515 million yuan of quality guarantee letters. Jiangsu Guosheng Shi'an provided counter-guarantees to the above two parties. This guarantee does not require further approval within the guarantee amount approved at the 2024 annual shareholders meeting.
