(hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Construction Group") and Guangdong Province Construction Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Construction Engineering Design Institute") formed a consortium (Guangdong Construction Group as the sponsoring party of the consortium, Construction Engineering Design Institute as the member party) and signed a "YuejiankeZhongshan Shuzhihui Project Phase II Engineering Design and Construction EPC Contract" with Guangdong Jianke Innovation Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianke Innovation Institute") in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, with a contract amount of 416 million yuan.
