Reporters learned from Yinchuan Customs that Ningxia has launched and implemented the electronic guarantee function for B-type express customs duties, providing import and export enterprises with a more flexible and convenient way to submit tax guarantees. B-type express refers to personal items imported and exported through customs, which are personal items collected or sent by domestic recipients. Enterprises can choose to submit electronic guarantee data issued by banks or insurance institutions online through the "single window" based on their own level of information technology and operational habits, or submit paper guarantee documents to customs on site. After customs review and approval, and completion of the guarantee record, the system will automatically establish an electronic link between the guarantee document and the customs declaration data.
