Zhtng Cijng APP News, Fulait (601865.SH) announced that, in accordance with the company's strategic development and business synergy needs, the company plans to jointly invest with related party Yihetou Investment to establish Shanghai Fujie New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Fujie"). The registered capital is 50 million yuan, of which the company plans to invest 20 million yuan in cash, holding 40% equity of Shanghai Fujie, and Yihetou Investment plans to invest 30 million yuan in cash, holding 60% equity of Shanghai Fujie.
