Sinocare Technology: Provide joint liability guarantee for the subsidiary's credit line of 100 million yuan.

Sincetech announced that on December 24th, they signed a "Maximum Guarantee Agreement" with the Bank of China Jinzhou Branch, providing joint and several liability guarantees for a 1 billion yuan bank credit limit for their holding subsidiary Liaoning Sincetech Ziyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. The guarantee is valid until September 21, 2035. The company had previously increased the total guarantee amount for the subsidiary from 300 million yuan to 550 million yuan, and this guarantee falls within the limit without needing further approval. Sincetech holds 79% of Liaoning Ziyuan. As of the date of the announcement, the actual guarantee balance for the subsidiary is 189.2723 million yuan, accounting for 28.47% of the audited net assets attributable to the parent company in 2024, with no overdue or bad guarantee situations.
