Liaoning: The proportion of green electricity directly connected to the total electricity consumption should not be less than 30%.

The Development and Reform Commission of Liaoning Province issued a notice on the implementation plan of promoting the construction of green electricity direct connection in Liaoning Province. The notice mentioned that the types and installation scale of new energy power sources should be scientifically determined based on the principle of "source with the load." The proportion of self-generated and self-used electricity from overall new energy sources in grid-connected green electricity direct connection should be no less than 60% of the total available electricity generation capacity, and the proportion of total electricity consumption should be no less than 30%. By 2030, it should be no less than 35%.
