Jingyi Corporation announced that due to changes in the controlling shareholder, the 11th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors approved the proposal for the board of directors to change. It recommended Zhang Shu, Wei Guo, and 3 others as candidates for non-independent directors of the 9th Board of Directors, and Peng Fei, Min Haitao, and 3 others as candidates for independent directors, with a term of three years.
