Northern Navigation: Zhou Jing resigns as the company's Chief Financial Officer, and Tan Chen takes over the position.

Northern Navigation announced on December 25th that the Board of Directors has recently received a written resignation letter from the Chief Financial Officer, Zhou Jing. Due to changes in job responsibilities, Zhou Jing has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company, and the resignation will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors. After resigning from the position of Chief Financial Officer, Zhou Jing will still serve as a director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Northern Navigation. Upon the nomination of General Manager Hu Xiaojun, and after deliberation and approval by the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, Tan Chen has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company for the same term as the Eighth Board of Directors.
