Aerospace Vision: The sixth interim shareholders' meeting in 2025 is legally valid.

Aerospace Vision announced that the sixth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 will be convened by the board of directors and held in 2025, using a combination of on-site and online voting. The on-site meeting will be attended by several shareholders and representatives holding a total of 7.5864 million shares, accounting for 2.92% of the total, while 196 shareholders will participate in the online voting, holding a total of 50.5964 million shares, accounting for 19.45% of the total. The meeting will be chaired by Vice Chairman Liao Tongkui. The meeting deliberated and passed the resolution on appointing the annual accounting firm for 2025. In favor were 58.0503 million shares, accounting for 99.77%, with 0.15% and 0.08% of votes against and abstentions respectively. The lawyer believed that all matters of this shareholders' meeting were legal and valid.
