Sanfu Holdings announced that on December 11, 2025, the company approved the proposal to increase the capital of its holding subsidiary Sanfu New Materials. It plans to increase its capital by 2.8 billion yuan with its own funds. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Sanfu New Materials will change from 10 billion yuan to 12.8 billion yuan. The company directly holds 95.74% of its equity and controls 4.10% of the equity through Sanfu Technology. Recently, Sanfu New Materials completed the industrial and commercial registration change and obtained a new business license.
