It is understood that after the reform of the provincial cooperative society in Guizhou into a rural commercial joint bank, the establishment of city rural commercial banks is underway. After the reform is completed, the rural credit cooperative system in Guizhou Province will form a new provincial-city two-level legal entity structure of "1 rural commercial joint bank + 9 city rural commercial banks". Guizhou Rural Commercial Joint Bank was approved for establishment on November 11 this year, and on December 9 it was granted permission to open. It is reported that the reform process of the rural credit system in China has significantly accelerated this year. According to incomplete statistics, at least 7 provincial rural commercial banks or rural commercial joint banks have completed their establishment and opened for business or obtained approval to open for business.
