Hik New Source (301292.SZ) Signs Strategic Cooperation and Raw Material Supply Agreement with Von Erlit

The Intelligence Finance and Economics APP reports that Haeke New Source (301292.SZ) has announced that the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation and Raw Material Supply Agreement" with Hunan Fanelight New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fanelight") on December 24, 2025. The agreement stipulates that during the validity period of the agreement (from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028), Fanelight will purchase 270,000 tons of electrolyte solvents and additives from Haeke New Source. The actual quantity of products purchased will be based on orders confirmed by both parties.
