Wanhua Chemical announced that Yantai Zhongcheng Investment Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, completed the procedure for the release of pledge on December 24, 2025, releasing 4 million shares, accounting for 1.21% of its total holdings and 0.13% of the company's total share capital. Yantai Zhongcheng Investment Co., Ltd. holds 330,379,594 shares of the company, accounting for 10.55% of the total share capital. After the release of pledge this time, a total of 55 million shares are pledged, accounting for 16.65% of its total holdings and 1.76% of the company's total share capital. The shares released from pledge this time will not be used for subsequent pledges.
