China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) has established an international trading company in Hainan.

According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Hainan Kairui International Trade Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhu Xiaomin as the legal representative and registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes sales of metal materials, machinery and equipment, electronic products, construction materials, metal products, and international freight forwarding agencies. The equity penetration of Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Railway.
