Guangdong: Implement the Strong Foundation Project of Science and Technology Finance, explore the construction of a relay system for science and technology innovation investment funds.

The People's Bank of China, the Provincial Science and Technology Department, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and 10 other departments jointly issued the "Guangdong Province Action Plan for Promoting the Construction of a Strong Province in Financial Services and Science and Technology". The plan proposes to implement the basic project of technology finance, explore the construction of a relay system for technology innovation investment funds, optimize the full-cycle technology credit system, actively play the role of the bond market's "technology board", play a key role in supporting technology innovation in multi-level capital markets, orderly promote futures and technology innovation index systems to empower technology innovation, and play a convenient role in cross-border financial services.
