Nigeria Mosque explosion fears at least 10 dead.

On the 24th of the local time, an explosion occurred in a mosque in the center of Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State in northeastern Nigeria, causing at least 10 deaths and multiple injuries. It is reported that around 6 pm on the 24th, suspected armed members of the extremist group Boko Haram detonated an improvised explosive device placed inside the mosque while people were praying at the main market in Gamboru local area. The scene was quickly enveloped in thick smoke.
