A-share stock repurchase overview: 16 companies disclose repurchase progress
Wind data shows that on December 25th, a total of 16 companies announced developments related to stock repurchases. Among them, one company's shareholder proposed to repurchase company shares, two companies disclosed their stock repurchase plans for the first time, four companies had their repurchase plans approved by shareholders at a meeting, two companies disclosed progress in implementing their stock repurchases, and seven companies had already completed their repurchase plans.
Looking at the proposals from shareholders for stock repurchases, one company's shareholder proposed a repurchase amount exceeding 10 million. Guangqi Technology's shareholder proposed the highest repurchase amount, not exceeding 100 million. As for the first disclosure of repurchase plans, two companies' stock repurchase plans exceeded 10 million on that day. Donghong shares and Zhonghang Optoelectronics had the highest proposed repurchase amounts, planning to repurchase no more than 60 million and 21.2079 million respectively.
In terms of repurchase plans approved at shareholder meetings, one company's repurchase plan exceeded 10 million. Guizhou Maotai, Jingwei Hengrun-W, and Dunan Environmental had the highest proposed repurchase amounts, planning to repurchase no more than 3 billion, 1.3656 million, and 1.35 million respectively.
As for the progress in implementing repurchases, Puyao Pharmaceuticals and New Point Software had the highest repurchase amounts, repurchasing 204 million and 29.9842 million respectively. Looking at completed repurchases, two companies had repurchase amounts exceeding 10 million. Lizhu Group, Shunyu Shares, and Cowos had the highest completed repurchase amounts, repurchasing 600 million, 64.9718 million, and 4.8071 million respectively.
