Beixin Road Bridge (002307.SZ) plans to transfer its 5.33% equity stake in Henan Yubo for 243 million yuan.

In order to optimize the company's financial structure, reduce operating risks, and further improve the efficiency of asset operation, the company plans to transfer all of its equity in Henan Yubo (with a registered capital contribution ratio of 5.33%) to Xinjiang Jianrong. The transaction will be based on the evaluation price as the pricing reference. After both parties reached a consensus through negotiation, the transfer price of the 5.33% equity of Henan Yubo is set at 243 million yuan. After this transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold any equity in Henan Yubo.
