The Zhixin Finance APP reported that Macau Leisure (01680.HK) announced that Mr. Liu Yiji's term as independent non-executive director will expire on December 28, 2025, and Mr. Liu Yiji has decided not to renew his term after it expires. He will also no longer serve as chairman of the company's audit committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee.
