Huabao New Energy: The name of the investment project for a portion of the raised funds has been changed to "New Energy Building Project on the First Floor".

Huabao New Energy announced that on December 24, 2025, the company convened the 18th meeting of the third board of directors and agreed to change the name of the fundraising investment project "Digital Zero Carbon Industry Park Project" to "New Energy Building Project". The net amount of funds raised by the company's initial public offering of shares was 5.595 billion yuan. Prior to this, the company had carried out operations such as closure, postponement, and adjustment of some of the raised investment projects. In addition, the company had used some of the over-raised funds to repurchase shares, invest in new projects, supplement working capital, and repay bank loans. The name change of this project does not affect its normal implementation and other matters, nor does it constitute a disguised change in investment direction or harm shareholders' interests.
