According to this, the subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe for a total of 1.035 billion shares at a subscription price of HK$0.245 per share, at a discount of approximately 18.33% compared to the closing price of HK$0.3 per share reported on the Stock Exchange on the date of the subscription agreement, with a total consideration of approximately HK$254 million. The net proceeds will be used to redeem RMB 270 million worth of preferred shares issued by Shandong Shundong Port Services Co., Ltd., an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
