The Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Shenzhen recently released the "Guidelines for Commercial Secret Protection in Low Altitude Economy Industry" and the "Guidelines for Commercial Secret Protection in the Biopharmaceutical Industry", providing comprehensive guidance on the protection of commercial secrets throughout the entire process, covering before, during, and after activities, for the two strategic emerging industries.
