New Higher Education Group (02001.HK): Yunai Group and Zhongyuan Trust signed a cooperation agreement involving about 430 million yuan.

Wisdom Financial News APP reported that New Higher Education Group (02001.HK) has announced that Yunnai Group has signed a cooperation agreement with Zhongyuan Trust. According to this agreement, Yunnai Group will pay Zhongyuan Trust a total amount of no more than 430 million yuan. Zhongyuan Trust will be responsible for providing financial services to Yunnai Group, including but not limited to asset management, financial advisory services, and risk management consulting services.
