Tianyi Medical announced that the company has received an "Administrative Penalty Notice" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Ningbo City, for allegedly not organizing the production of extracorporeal circulation blood circuits for the third category of medical devices, blood purification devices, in accordance with the registered product technical requirements. The company is facing a penalty of confiscation of 7170 sets of illegally produced medical devices, confiscation of illegally obtained profits of 5.2327 million yuan, and a fine of 8.7852 million yuan.
