Verley: The company and its subsidiaries intend to apply for a comprehensive credit line of over 1 billion and provide multiple guarantees.

Weirley Announcement stated that the sixth session of the sixth board of directors of the company approved multiple proposals. The company and some of its holding subsidiaries intend to apply for a total of 1.088 billion yuan in comprehensive credit from Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank, Postal Savings Bank, Agricultural Bank, and Zhejiang Commercial Bank, all with a credit period of one year. At the same time, the company plans to provide guarantees for four subsidiaries, including Changzhou Weirley Kitchen Waste Treatment Co., Ltd., with the highest guarantee amount being 38 million yuan and varying guarantee periods. The meeting authorized the chairman to handle credit application and guarantee related matters.
