Annada announced that the company and its subsidiaries will increase the total amount of daily related transactions with Jiashang Energy, Ningbo Environmental Protection, and Wanhua Design Institute to a maximum of 18.15 million yuan for daily operational needs. This includes a 12 million yuan increase in steam purchases from Jiashang Energy, a 4.5 million yuan increase in accepting sewage treatment services from Ningbo Environmental Protection, and a 1.65 million yuan increase in accepting design services from Wanhua Design Institute. On December 24, 2025, this proposal was approved by the board of directors. The pricing of related transactions is based on market fair value and will not affect the company's independence or harm shareholder rights.
