Wisdom Financial News APP, Tianjin Development (00882.HK) announced that on December 24, 2025, Lisheng Pharmaceutical (an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) entered into the 12th Industrial Bank wealth management agreement with Industrial Bank, subscribing to another structured deposit with a principal amount of RMB 85 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 93.4066 million).
