Xi'an Bank: Chang'an Trust intends to transfer 1.08% of its shares to Xitou Holdings.

Xi'an Bank announced that in order to promote the integration of resources of state-owned shareholders, Chang'an Trust intends to transfer its 48,268,809 shares to Xi Investment Holdings through an agreement transfer. After the transfer, the total holdings of the Xi'an Municipal People's Government, the actual controlling shareholder, will remain at 1,218,448,240 shares, accounting for 27.42% of the total share capital; Xi Investment Holdings' holdings will increase to 666,666,659 shares, accounting for 14.99%; and Chang'an Trust's holdings will decrease to 28,464,156 shares, accounting for 0.65%. The situation of the controlling shareholder and the actual controller remains unchanged.
