Wisdom Financial APP News, Nam Fatt Group Holdings (00413.HK) announced that on December 24, 2025, the seller, Evergreen Toys (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the buyer, Dongguan Yan Yuan Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. entered into a sales agreement. The seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase the assets for a total price of RMB 290 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 318.7 million).
