Zhejiang Merchants Bank announced that on December 24, 2025, the Supervisory Board received a resignation report from Guo Dingfang. Due to work changes, Guo Dingfang resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Seventh Supervisory Board, Employee Supervisor, and member of the Supervisory Board Nomination Committee. His original term was until August 8, 2027. After resigning, he will not hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries, and there are no unfulfilled public commitments. The resignation is effective from the date the report is received by the Supervisory Board.
