Smart Finance App News, Sunshine Noah (688621.SH) announced that the company has reached a cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Xinghao Holdings Partnership Enterprise (limited partnership) (referred to as "Xinghao Holdings") on the joint development of the STC008 injection project recently and signed the corresponding "Technology Development Contract". According to the "Technology Development Contract", the company will receive a first payment of RMB 50 million and subsequent milestone payments, with a total cumulative amount of 500 million yuan (including tax), as well as a 8% sales share of sales net amount (excluding tax).
