Announcement of Taiji Group: On June 18, 2025, the company's actual controller, Mr. Xing Yan, and 29 other individuals signed relevant agreements with Yangtze Industrial Investment Group Limited and Xiangyang Xinyiyuan Semiconductor Limited Liability Company. The transferring party transferred 5.7676 million shares of Xinyiyuan to Yangtze Industrial Group and entrusted the voting rights corresponding to the remaining 11.485 million shares of Xinyiyuan held by them to Yangtze Industrial Group. They also pledged the remaining 11.485 million shares of Xinyiyuan held by them to Yangtze Industrial Group. The Hubei Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has agreed in principle for Yangtze Industrial Group to acquire the company's actual controlling rights. After this equity change is completed, the controlling shareholder of the company remains Xinyiyuan, and the actual controller changes from Mr. Xing Yan to the Hubei Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
