Wise Ally Holdings (03393.HK) entered into a capital increase agreement with Boyu Investment.

According to the Zhongtong Finance and Economics APP, VPower Group International Holdings Limited (03393.HK) announced that on December 24, 2025, the company's non-wholly owned subsidiary, Wei Yuan Energy Technology Limited (Wei Yuan Energy), registered in China, entered into a capital increase agreement with Boyu Investment Limited (Boyu Investment). Boyu Investment agreed to subscribe for 48,810,742 new shares of Wei Yuan Energy with a total amount of RMB 380 million, accounting for approximately 8% of its enlarged share capital (capital increase transaction).
