Beijing issues blue alert for strong winds.

Beijing Meteorological Bureau issued a blue alert for strong winds at 7:10 on December 24th. It is expected that from the afternoon to evening of the 24th, most areas of Beijing will experience winds of 3-4 levels from the north, with gusts of 6-7 levels. In some mountainous areas, winds may reach levels of 8 or above. Please take precautions.
