Broadcom insiders reduce holdings by over $100 million, CEO further reduces stake.
According to a document from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Broadcom's CEO and President Hock Tan sold 130,000 shares of stock, cashing out approximately $42.38 million. Regulatory records show that the transaction was executed on December 18th and disclosed through a Form 4 filing on December 22nd, reducing Hock Tan's direct holdings to approximately 595,638 shares. This sell-off is the latest in a series of stock sales by Hock Tan and other executives this year. Including previous transactions, Broadcom's senior management has now sold over $100 million worth of shares internally this year.
