The net proceeds from the share issue are estimated to be not more than approximately HK$2.81 billion, intended to be used to enhance its existing information technology infrastructure through artificial intelligence comprehensive solutions, reorganize its main data centers in China to expand data capacity, and to redeploy several software as a service products to diversify its service scope.
